What we need
1.) Technician Certificate in Health Records and Information managements
Ordinary Level Certificate with Minimum Pass at least four D’s, including English, Mathematics and Biology subjects
2.) Ordinary Diploma in Health Record and Information Management
Minimum pass of NTA level 5 in Technician Certificate in Health Records and Information Management
